Do I need a credit card for the free tier?
No. The Free tier is genuinely free, no payment method required. You can use it indefinitely.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data remains accessible on the Free tier. Nothing is deleted.
Is the Founders Lifetime price really a one-time payment?
Yes. Pay once, never pay again. All future features included. It is limited to 1000 users and will not be re-opened at this price once sold out.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can switch billing cycles at any time from Settings. Switching to yearly applies at your next renewal.
Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted within the European Union. Financial data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We cannot read your transaction amounts or merchant names.
What currency are prices charged in?
Prices are shown and charged in EUR via Stripe. If your card is in another currency, your bank applies the conversion.
What if I cannot afford the full price right now?
The debt tools and the FIRE calculator are free for everyone, no payment ever. If you want the full tool but money is tight, email us at [email protected] and we will sort out a price that works. No proof needed, no questions that make you uncomfortable. Helping people get out of debt is the point.
